Lounge
From the hallway, balustraded stairs lead to the spacious and comfortable lounge with large sliding doors that open on to the balcony.
The lounge is furnished with a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa, and an armchair. There is a large flat screen television with complimentary SKY Sports and a DVD player. A sideboard, mini hifi and numerous pictures complete the homely feel. There is also a telescope for your pleasure to take in those stunning views to St Ives.
Splendid sea and beach views can be enjoyed from the lounge and front balcony. There is a glorious vista across the beach and sea to St. Ives.
There is also a guest cloakroom accessed from the lounge which includes a wc and hand washing facilities.
Kitchen
Chymoresk has a well designed modern kitchen, fully fitted with top quality appliances including integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. In fact all of the things that you would associate with a top quality kitchen in your own home.
Dining Area
The dining area has a dining table and six chairs and adjoins the kitchen area.
A rear door leads to a further wood decked sun balcony equipped with patio furniture for those alfresco meals, and also the large conservatory that overlooks the rear garden has ample seating and a flatscreen television.

In addition to the balconies, Chymoresk has it's own private enclosed lawned garden, detached garage (which is used as a games room to include table tennis / pool table and table top football) and off-road parking.
